We are constantly thiking of new ways to make Doss Docs even better for our customers. Many changes and additions to the product line-up are in the works–so stay tuned. For now these improvements have been added:
- Table of Contents: At the suggestion of user Chad, a 20+ year friend of our founder and developer, Dennise Doss, we have added a Table of Contents to the Business Purpose set. All you have to do is click on the document name in the TOC and you will be taken to the clicked document.
- LLC Membership Pledge: For a long time our construction doc users had the ability to require members of a LLC borrower to pledge their LLC membership interests to secure the loan, in addition to or in lieu of personal.
