Hi, this is Altha Nelson. Today I’m going to show you how you can add multiple properties within the same county into DossDocs. When you have multiple properties within the same county, you can input them in DossDocs as if they were one property.

00:20

Keep in mind, if you have more than two counties on your loan transaction, you’ll need to follow our instructions to complete a custom loan document modification request.

In this example, I’ve input one county, Orange, and then under the first property address, you’ll see I’ve listed three different properties separated by a comma.

You’re going to follow that same format for each field.

You’ll input each address under the address. Under the legal description, you’ll see I’ve input the address, then the instruction to the closing agent to attach the legal description for each property.

And under the APN, I’ve listed each APN or tax ID, separated by a comma as well. You’ll also split out your title exceptions and closing instructions under the unacceptable schedule B items and the closing instructions.

So, in this sample, you’ll see that I’ve clearly defined each property with exceptions, closing instructions, and legal description.

Thanks. Let us know if you have any questions.
